The “mySrinagar” Smart City mobile application is integrated with Command & Control Centre (ICCC) to provide a one-stop solution for citizens and tourists in Srinagar, to quickly access the digital services for the day-to-day civic life within the city.
Smartphone application provides the user with a platform for communication with the city authorities on the most common everyday issues and city services.
The application provides the city authorities with a channel for effectively broadcasting information, news and messages to the citizens.
Mobile Tour and travel application enables users in getting insights in the tourist attractions.
Citizens have the option to pay bills of various departments like Electricity, Water, SMC etc.
The mobile app will provide citizen the Grievance/Complaint registration facility from any location within the city, which will be captured and handled at ICCC by assigning appropriate department-specific personnel.
